Mr. Joshua D. Naggar is a Civil Litigator, Personal Injury, Auto Accident & Cannabis attorney and a former Marine Infantry Sergeant who was born and raised in Southern California. During Mr. Naggar’s time in service he was deployed with the 24th Marine Expedition Unit, and decorated for leadership.
Mr. Naggar attended the University of Redlands on academic scholarship, and has completed studies abroad at a research institute in Athens, Greece. Mr. Naggar received his legal education from the University Of Illinois College Of Law where he was recognized with the highest honor in the college’s flagship Trial Advocacy Program, “Excellence in Trial Advocacy.”
During Mr. Naggar’s time in law school he was invited to summer with the U.S. State Department in the Political Section of U.S. Embassy Belgrade, additionally, Mr. Naggar served on the staff of a member of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.
Presently, Mr. Naggar is a civil litigator who enjoys a multi-dimensional understanding of the modern real estate industry, and is a licensed real estate broker, former loan officer, and lead litigation counsel for a 2,000-agent real estate brokerage. Mr. Naggar also enjoys volunteer teaching at Nuview Bridge Early College High School where he has helped create a mock trial, speech, and enlightenment program.
